It is traditional to use EDTA to make bone marrow aspiration smears in Bangladesh. EDTA is taken in a petry dish and bone marrow aspirates are poured in it. Then the aspirates are collected by a dropper and released on the glass slides to make the smear. Here we are showing how to make bone marrow aspiration smear without EDTA solution. Just use the packet of hand gloves instead of EDTA.
